you are going to find different videos to get fit at home, you have
to do at least two days per week from now on.
Every
morning at 10 am, you can connect your devices on Youtube and write
down “PE with Joe”, where you can do 30 minutes work out at home
with your family.

any day);
LET´S STARTIf it is not enough for you, you can also do a bit of more working out, writing down on Youtube “Just dance” and choose your favorite song.
Keep
healthy habits (Eat every day fruits and vegetables, do exercise and
help with housework). You are doing great guys!
